Health care is a basic necessity of every human being. The Government healthcare system or for that matter Private clinics have numerous challenges to overcome, especially in the rural areas. HPVT mission is to improve the
quality of life through health interventions and related activities, that build local capacity in our underserved communities. Trust is in a unique position to support the healthcare needs of the local community. With a rural outreach programme, HPVT providers service delivery through camps and screening camps.
Medical camps are organized in far-flung areas as well as in schools of various districts of valley where free medicines are provided to the patients. The latest camps in this regard were organized recently in flood affected areas and at HPVT House. Medicines worth lacs of rupees were distributed among the patients at these camps.
